Good value for money considering the extreme price level for Singapore. A bit outside the city center 4KM, but busses just outside the door for around 1SGD. Also a local food market just a few minutes walk away. Same with fitness center, coffee place and money exchange.

The property was one of the cheapest we found when booking our stay to Singapore and expected higher prices in general. In hindsight booking in advance would give you more options for better hotels for similar costs. The room was clean and relatively quiet at night. The shower had hot water and the wifi was good. The staff were also friendly.

The room was extremely dirty, looks like nobody cleaned a bathroom and floor FOR A MONTH. There were a little bugs running around and the roof was peel off. As least the stuff was nice. This is not worth this price.
